We decided to have Charlie's 3rd birthday party at our house this year. The grandparents decided to give Charlie an outside playground for his birthday. Knowing this made us take a second look at our back yard and realized we probably needed to give it a little TLC since we would have everyone back there. This brought on a new deck. We decided to expand on the size we had and are quite pleased with the final product. Below are before and after pics. I'll also post before and after pics of Charlie's new playground. Another post will follow with more info for that. Everything was installed last week.
Daniel has been busy this weekend digging and digging. He has done a great job at putting mulch around the playground. He also moved what grass was around the playground to the base of the deck to try and fill in the barren GA clay spots. Let's hope they take root and grow. He's also been cleaning things in the back yard...swing, fence, house, etc. Yes, I put the boy to work! :)
