My parents were there as well to visit. Actually, they were bringing my grandmother back from spending the week at their house in AL. They stayed at our house Friday night and then we all drove up to TN on Saturday.
My grandmother was so excited to see Charlie and he took right to her. Granted, Grandpa still held rank but Charlie would play with her as well. Charlie will not let Grandpa, a.k.a "wee", out of his sight. It had to be "wee" that pushed him on the tricycle. It had to be "wee" that played with him and his toys. It had to be "wee" that walked him around outside. "Wee" didn't get much of a break. We all tried to relieve him but Charlie just wasn't having it.
The funniest thing from the weekend was watching Charlie flip. Or as Charlie refers to it..."woof" or "foof". We've been letting Charlie flip out of our laps, which he did quite a bit with Grandpa, but he taught Charlie to put his head down on the floor and flip that way. Charlie just got such a kick out of both. You can tell from the pics how much fun he was having!

One other funny thing was Charlie learning "War Eagle". He has become a fan of watching "ball". Sometimes I think it comes out "ee-baugh".
Here are a few other pics from our weekend...
