decorating the tree

 December 2011 - I decided to decorate our tree this year with paper chains in red and green.

I thought, "Oh. This would be a great project for Charlie and me since he loves to cut with his scissors."  Um, wrong.  He got excited at first and cut a few sheets for me but his enthusiasm waned ratherly quickly.  :\ 

We did manage to get two strands made over the course of a couple of days.  Charlie kept checking to see if we had enough length to put on the tree.  So, I'd get a few links stapled on and then he had to take it to the tree and check it.  He also enjoyed putting the final product on the tree!  It's safe to say that I was happy to see it go on the tree as well!
