Christmas at the Wards 2012

December 26, 2011 - After a yummy meal at my inlaws, we all settled in to a quiet evening with the kids patiently awaiting opening their gifts while the adults had a nice conversation...yeah, right!  As is the usual spirit at my inlaws, it was a lively evening with Charlie constantly wanting to open his gifts.  We just decided to let him open his and let Branson do the same.

 
Charlie got a Thomas the train carry case that had a track on the outside.  He also got a few trains for it but I think Philip enjoyed it more.  Philip didn't really care to open his gifts.  He just wanted to play with the toys that Charlie opened.

Daniel and I did manage to get our gifts opened amongst the chaos.

 
We all got great gifts!  And, of course, afterwards, we had to have playtime...boys will be boys...
