One of Daniel's coworkers won a Cambridge United game package and offered it to Daniel. He gladly accepted! Turns out though that it included more than just tickets to the football match. Charlie and Philip got to be mascots for the team!
Before the match, Charlie and Philip got to meet each of the Cambridge United players and get their autograph...
They warmed up on the pitch with the big boys...
Then, the best part of the day...walking out on the pitch with the players...

Then, we got to watch the match! Daniel has been to a few games prior but this was the first for me and the boys! Charlie was smitten with his player, Richard Tait #2. He kept asking the whole match where he was on the pitch so we followed Richard most of the time. Philip's player was Josh Coulson #4. It ended up being a draw (and very cold!) but we enjoyed our first official football match!
